Triple Seven moved into serviced offices at Davis House in October last year. David says he was attracted to the Croydon business centre by the flexibility of the office space. ‘Lots of serviced office providers we looked at demanded minimum terms of several months, which was no good for us. At Davis House we’ve got a rolling contract which makes everything much more flexible,’ he explains.
YMCA Training’s Future Job Fund manager, Jo Duncan, moved into Davis House office space a year ago. ‘We were attracted by the price and the business centre’s central Croydon location,’ she says.RHSS moved into Davis House’s serviced offices last month, having put up with sub-par office space for a while. ‘We just got fed up of wonky floors, internet failures and power cuts,’ Rob explains. ‘I’m very familiar with serviced offices, and I was impressed by Davis House. Prices are reasonable, the facilities are outstanding, and the meeting rooms are ideal for our training workshops.’

It’s also really convenient if you’re coming from the station.’
